Steve Baliko has his MA in Counseling from Western Seminary, is licensed in Montana (LCPC) and Oregon (LPC) and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). He believes that everyone has the opportunity and aptitude to change, heal, recover and grow. He works with people as they walk through depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, sexual identity concerns, relational conflicts, and recovery from addictions. He has nearly a decade of experience working with men, women, adolescents, couples and families.
As a Christian and active participant in the Christian community, Steve recognizes that the spiritual component of a person is just as important (if not more so) than the physical, emotional and mental aspects. Addressing all of these areas of a client’s life, in addition to exploring the interplay of personal and family history, are important components of the counseling process.
Steve is married with two children, they have lived in Montana since May of 2015. His wife, Darla, is a native of the Treasure State and Steve is a transplant from the east coast. He enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with his family, hiking and exploring all the beauty that is Montana.
